2. Eligibility for Refunds

a) Physical Products (E-Commerce Orders)

Customers may request a refund under the following circumstances:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described on our website.
• The wrong product has been delivered.
• The product is missing essential parts or accessories as listed in the description.
• The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

b) Digital Products / Software / Development Services

Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:

• The service or software purchased was not delivered according to the agreed-upon specifications.

• Refund claims must be raised within 7 - 10 days of service delivery or activation.

In case of any customised software or web development services, refunds are not applicable once the project has been initiated, unless there is a proven breach of contract or failure to deliver as per the written agreement.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind or wrong product ordered by the customer.
• Products or services that have been used, altered, or customised.
• Subscription-based software or third-party licensed products.
• Orders beyond the 48-hour return period.
• Downloadable digital content or media is once accessed.

4. Refund Process

2. Our Quality Assurance Team will inspect and verify the product or service issue within 5–7 business days of receiving the claim.
3. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking) within 7–10 business days.
4. For physical product returns, the refund will be processed after receipt and inspection of the returned item at our warehouse.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of approval:

• Please recheck your bank account or payment app.
• Contact your credit card company or payment gateway, as there may be a processing delay.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the item has not yet been shipped or processed.
• Once an order has been shipped or service work has commenced, cancellation will not be permitted.
• For software or website development services, cancellations after project initiation will be subject to the deduction of administrative or development costs incurred.
